EXCLUSIVE: Filmmaker Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck has returned to CAA. Henckel von Donnersmarck blazed on the scene after the German filmmaker wrote and directed 2006′sThe Lives Of Others, which won him the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film and generated $77 million at the worldwide box office on a $3 million budget. A bright man who speaks five languages, he was expected to soar in Hollywood, but that ascent has been a slow one. He has bounced in and out of numerous project since then, and directed the Angelina Jolie-Johnny Depp film The Tourist, which disappointed in the U.S. comparative to that star power but grossed a solid $278 million worldwide. He had most recently been at UTA.
EXCLUSIVE: FX Networks has given a pilot order to Man Seeking Woman, a half-hour comedy pilot from former Saturday Night Livewriter/humorist/novelist Simon Rich and Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video. The project, based on Rich’s book The Last Girlfriend On Earth, is described as a sweet, surreal, and bitingly funny look at the life and death stakes of dating in New York City. Jonathan Krisel (Portlandia, SNL) is set to direct the pilot from a script by Rich. The two are executive producing with Broadway Video for FX Prods. If Man Seeking Woman goes to series, it will make 28-year-old Rich one of the youngest series creators ever. He already became the youngest writer in the history of SNL, where he spent four seasons, from 2007 to 2011 before segueing to a writing job at Pixar studios. Rich, son of former New York columnist Frank Rich, was still an undergraduate at Harvard, where he edited The Harvard Lampoon, when he landed a two-book deal at Random House, with his first book, Ant Farm: And Other Desperate Situations, getting nominated for the Thurber Prize for American Humor. His first novel, Elliot Allagash, was optioned by Jason Reitman. The Last Girlfriend on Earth, Rich’s fifth book, was published in January. Man Seeking Woman joins two other comedy pilots at FX Networks, which is ramping up comedy development ahead of the fall launch of comedy-centric FXX, the Tracy Morgan starrer Death Pact and the Andrew Gurland project.
Broadway Video has been very active in cable in the past year. This marks the company’s third cable comedy pilot, joining the Diallo Riddle & Bashir Salahuddin project and People In New Jersey at HBO. Like Rich, Riddle and Salahuddin too came out of one of Michaels’ late night shows, Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Rich is repped by CAA and the Levine Greenberg Literary Agency; Krisel is with CAA, Mosaic, and attorney Alex Kohner; Broadway Video is with CAA.
UPDATE, 8:40 AM:ABC News just announced Terry Moran‘s replacement. Regular Good Morning America contributor Dan Abrams has been named a Nightline anchor and Chief Legal Affairs Anchor for ABC News. He will continue his regular legal segments on GMA, will launch a new branded GMA segment “on a wide range of topics,” and join the other Nightline anchors on ABC's The Lookout.
PREVIOUS 7:20 AM: Nightline anchor Terry Moran will be leaving the late-night newsmagazine to relocate to London later this summer, where he will serve as a London-based anchor and chief foreign correspondent for ABC News. A veteran court reporter, Moran also will continue to contribute to ABC News’ coverage of major Supreme Court decisions. Moran’s departure comes as Nightline, now airing at 12:35 AM, draws less than half its previous audience at 11:35 PM. Moran joined Nightline after a 1999-2005 stint as a White House correspondent for ABC News where he has been since 1997.
Not sure how last night’s Late Night skit with Jimmy Fallon ties into Brad Pitt’s World War Z, the Paramount tentpole that comes out Friday. Maybe Pitt is stumping for a role in Les Miserables 2?
EXCLUSIVE: After getting his start doing VFX work on projects including District 9 and The Watchmen, Canadian filmmaker Dan Gaud has his eye on directing. Here is a look at his calling card, Tonight I Strike, is a $15,000 futuristic short with about 60 VFX shots that he executed on a laptop computer in a short he shot in seven days. The money was raised by his manager, Jewerl Ross, who signed Gaud off another short that he had made for $500. Gaud’s hope from this short is to sign with an agency and either make a feature that is set in the world this short presents, or maybe the plethora of no-budget features that producers like Jason Blum are minting money with as counter-programming to the big budgeters. What do you think?
The battle between BT and BSkyB continues to mount with UK regulator Ofcom opening an investigation into the News Corp.-controlled pay-TV group on the back of a complaint brought by BT. In the claim, which BT filed in late May, the group alleges that BSkyB has engaged in an abuse of dominant position by withholding its sports channels from BT’s YouView platform unless BT supplies its own sports channels to Sky for retail on Sky’s platform. Ofcom says it believes there are reasonable grounds for suspecting an infringement under the 1998 Competition Act and will consider whether Sky has abused a dominant position under UK and/or EU competition law. BT and Sky have become fierce competitors especially where sports, notably soccer, are concerned. BT is in the process of acquiring ESPN’s UK and Ireland TV channels business and is launching a new Sport TV package this summer which it is offering for free to its broadband customers. BSkyB and BT share the rights to Britain’s Premiere League soccer games with the former holding 116 live matches and the latter 38. The season kicks off in August. A Sky spokesman said today, “Sky considers BT’s latest complaint to be entirely without merit. We look forward to engaging constructively with Ofcom.”
UPDATED: It was great news all around for ABC last night. First, the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs staged an overtime thriller that scored a 14.7 overnight rating, up 29% from Game 5, the second highest-rated NBA Finals Game 6 ever on ABC behind the 2011 Heat-Mavericks decider and the fourth highest rated game ever on the network. Secondly, Miami Heat prevailed, forcing a Game 7.
The Heat-Spurs heroics likely affected the finale of NBC’s The Voice, which faced the big game in some parts of the country, the first time the singing competition has gone against a major sporting event for its finale. Still, The Voice from 9-11 PM managed a 4.3/12 in adults 18-49, even with the fast national for its previous spring cycle which concluded in early May last year. (It currently runs .1 behind last May’s national but will likely be adjusted up later today too.) Vs. the most recent fall cycle, The Voice finale was down 12%. In total viewers, with 15.3 million tuning in, this was the most watched Voice finale ever. At 8 PM, America’s Got Talent (2.9/9) was down by a tenth from last week.
EXCLUSIVE: Joy Bryant has signed with Resolution Agency, reuniting her with a team led by her longtime CAA agent, Steve Alexander. Bryant, whose breakout came in Antwone Fisher, can currently be seen in her role as Jasmine Trussell on NBC's Parenthood and will next be seen in the feature film About Last Night, starring opposite Kevin Hart and Paula Patton. She continues to produce and appear on the Reserve Channel's web series Across the Board. She continues to be represented by Brian Young at Killer Moxie Management.

Iddaru Attala Muddula Alludu 2006 Telugu Movie Watch Online Full Movie:
Actors are sometimes known to surprisingly do more than just showing up and saying lines, with a number of stars signed as creators or executive producers of the projects they feature in, but one of the best-known current actors is taking it a step further, with claims that he is responsible for a money-spinning part of the theatre process that modern studios now take for granted.
Tom Cruise, most notable for his roles in Top Gun and the Mission Impossible franchise, has suggested that he is responsible for studios having a number of premieres for their biggest films in cities around the world, according to Hollywood Deadline.
Speaking on Saturday at a rescheduled ‘Produced By’ conference event – Cruise claimed that he first came up with the idea of having ‘Hollywood-style premieres’ outside of America while he was promoting Top Gun in 1986, stating: “I said [to Paramount Pictures] let’s do it so I can go to that city, have a premiere there, do the red carpet and press line, then go to the next city and do it again.”
However, studio executives were said to have ‘humoured’ his ideas, and stayed sceptical on the concept, as Cruise explains how he made an eventual breakthrough: “In the meantime, I did all of the math and after four or five years of this, I finally told them, ‘OK, here’s the deal. I’m not going to promote your movie unless you do this. I just won’t’. So they finally said, ‘Oh God, he’s being a jerk, I guess we’d better do it’. I assured them that if it failed, I’d own it, it would be on me. So we started doing it, and we saw it was successful – that if you promote it right and bring it to the people, it works.”
Asked if he believes he is responsible for 65-70% of all modern American movie revenue coming from international markets, the actor added: “Yes, I am taking credit for it. And that’s not a joke.”
So it could be that a surprisingly maverick idea that changed the face of the way films are rolled out worldwide (and by extension, modern TV and film consumption internationally) was an idea from an A-lister, because as the video below proves, they can just do anything with ease, can’t they? Then again, the claim is being made by the same man that is also in the second video:
Seeming to act almost in response to Netflix’s confirmation of signing original children’s content from DreamWorks (around 300 hours’ worth), Amazon’s LoveFilm Instant service in the UK will be broadcasting Disney movie content aimed primarily at a younger audience, as a new deal with the American studio was announced yesterday.
The titles featured in the deal range from classic cartoon movies to modern Pixar greats, and a range of genres inbetween, with Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, Dumbo, Lady and the Tramp, Ratatouille, Sword in the Stone, and Wall-E amongst the launch films of the new arrangement, although other movies are believed to be set to follow in the near future.
Disney Media Distribution senior vice-president/general manager Catherine Powell said of the deal: “We always aim to offer families the best possible selection of Disney movies when, where and how they want it. Working with LoveFilm, I’m delighted we can provide their customers with a superb range of movie entertainment and a great viewing experience.”
Adding to the publicly-released comments on the matter was LoveFilm’s ‘chief marketing officer’ Simon Morris, who summarised: “Disney is renowned for creating world famous, quality family entertainment that parents can trust; from the earliest animations to modern classics. We are thrilled to enhance our relationship with the launch of Disney Movies on Demand, and even more excited about bringing our members so much new content in the process.”
With the deal marking another area of new Disney presence in the UK market (alongside their dedicated movie channel on satellite broadcaster Sky), one of the world’s most iconic film brands will now be available through desktop and connected devices via Amazon’s LoveFilm service, but how much (if any) benefit can the platform gain over market leaders Netflix by featuring such content?

That’s all, folks! After three months of tough competition, it all came down to Michelle, Danielle and the Swon Brothers. Read on to see who took home the title of ‘The Voice’ on June 18!
The Voicefinale was full of performance after performance after performance. From Christina Aguilera and Pitbull to an iconic performance by Cher, we almost forgot that someone had to go home. So, did one of birthday boy Blake Shelton‘s contestants win to make it a three-peat? Or did Usher‘s star rise to the top?
‘The Voice’ Results
It all came down to Team Usher V. Team Blake. Michelle Chamuel put on three rockin’ performances on the 17th; the Swon Brothers hit every note of their falsetto; and Danielle Bradbery‘s matchup with Blake was ultimate perfection.
After Swon Borthers landed in third, it all came down to Michelle v. Danielle — Usher v. Blake.
And the winner is … DANIELLE BRADBERY! At 16, she’s the youngest in the competition and she won it all!
And, that means Blake won the three-peat — on his birthday. Talk about a good birthday gift.
Christina Aguilera Returns For ‘The Voice’ Finale
It was quite the party on the finale of The Voice. Not only was it Blake’s birthday, so he was enjoying his “special latte,” of course — but it also was full of A-listers!
Hunter Hayestook the stage for a performance of “I Want Crazy” with finalist Danielle. Later, Michellewas joined by One Republic to sing “Counting Stars.” Country duo the Swon Brotherswere joined by the legendary Bob Seger.
Then, for the first time in over ten years, Cher hit the stage and debuted her new hit, “Women’s World.” This will also be the name of her new album to be released on September 24 — it will be her first album in 12 years.
Final 3 Brings Back Old Faces
The final three weren’t ready for a last performance — and they didn’t want to do it alone, so each finalist chose some of their favorite contestants from the season to join them on stage.
The Swon Brothers brought back Amber Carrington, Justin Rivers and Holly Tucker for “Stars Tonight.”
Danielle’s bring back performance included Amber, Caroline Glazer and Sarah Simmons for “All American Girl.”
Michelle brought back Josiah Hawley, Vedo, and Cathia to reunite Team Usher, singing “We Can Work It Out.”
Old contestants Josiah, Vedo, Kris Thomas and Garrett Gardner performed of “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg.” Even Holly made a appearance, showing off her saxophone skills! Then Judith Hill, Karina Iglesias, Sasha Allen and Cathia returned for “My Lovin.”
So HollywoodLifers – do you think the right person won The Voice? Let me know below!
Are we turning back time? No! On the season finale of ‘The Voice,’ Cher made her live TV comeback with a performance of ‘Woman’s World.’
Cher hasn’t performed live on television since 2003, but she made her TV return June 18 on the season finale of The Voice – and the icon proved she’s still got it with an incredible performance!
Cher Performs ‘Woman’s World’ Live On ‘The Voice’
The “Believe” singer performed the first single “Woman’s World” off her upcoming album, which is set to be released later this year.
Her performance was amazing — but would we expect anything less from Cher? At 67 years old, this vocal extraordinaire still knows how to steal a show.
Cher’s released her last album, Living Proof, in 2001, followed by an extensive tour in 2002. She starred in the 2010 film Burlesque – but it’s about time this legendary singer made her way back to television!
Cher’s Twitter Countdown
The singer had been hyping up her performance all over Twitter. She was counting down the days (as were we) and even had her television return streamed live!
On June 18, just a few hours before her performance, she tweeted, “Tonight is the night ! #CherLivestream @NBCTheVoice @Livestream.”
Cher’s live TV return was nothing short of glorious. We’re so glad she’s back on our screens, and we can’t wait to hear more songs off her album.
What did YOU think of Cher’s performance on The Voice, HollywoodLifers? What was your favorite finale performance? Let us know what you thought about the finale!

In a jam-packed season finale of music’s best, including Cher and Bruno Mars, country music’s adorable Hunter performed a sweet duet with contestant Danielle Bradbery.
Season four of The Voice came to a close June 18, and the two-hour finale was nothing short of epic. The contestants got the chance to perform with music superstars; Team Blake’s Danielle Bradbery even sang a charming duet with country singer Hunter Hayes!
Hunter Hayes Performs With Team Blake’s Danielle
Hunter and Danielle sang Hunter’s original song “I Want Crazy.” The performance was absolutely adorable and their voices complemented each other’s so well!
The country crooner was so sweet to Danielle before the performance June 17, when he tweeted, “Hey, @DBradbery, so stoked to sing with ya on @NBCTheVoice #finale #gonnabecrazy.”
Danielle responded, “@HunterHayes @NBCTheVoice So excited to sing with you too..going to be so much fun!”
They are just too cute! Maybe Danielle should go on tour with Hunter? These two country youngsters are amazing together.
Nelly, Florida Georgia Line, Pitbull and The Voice coach Christina Aguilera also performed on the finale. The show was full of musical guests — and we loved every minute of it!
So HollywoodLifers, what did you think of Hunter and Danielle’s duet? Did your favorite win it all? Let us know what you thought about the finale!
To grandmother’s house they go! Kim, Kanye and their beautiful baby daughter will move in with Kris Jenner after they leave Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Kanye ‘will do whatever makes Kim happy.’
Kim Kardashian Living With Kris Jenner After Baby’s Birth
A friend of the Kardashian family tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Kim & her daughter, along with Kanye, will move into Kris’ house in Calabasas after they leave the hospital. It has already been decided. Kris has insisted from the very get go, that her home would be the best for Kim and the baby. Kris really wants to be there for Kim and help her during this transition.”
And don’t expect any hesitation from Kim. Our source adds, “Kim actually wants to stay at her mom’s house. Kris has plenty of space, and Kanye will do whatever makes Kim happy. Let’s not forget — Kris is the Grandmomager!”
It’s so sweet of Kanye to put Kim’s feelings first! This move further proves how much Kanye loves Kim.
Kris Jenner Wants Kim Kardashian's Baby Revealed On Her Talk Show
"Kris Jenner wants Kim's baby all over her show," a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. "Either having the name reveal or having Kim bring the baby on the show, so she can be the first to reveal what the kid looks like. They know a lot will be revealed about the baby before the show’s July 15 debut, but many firsts with the baby will be revealed on Kris' show.”
Kris’ new talk show premieres on FOX on July 15.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Is it a good idea for Kim and the baby to live with Kris?
Plus, Aria wastes no time getting over Mr. Fitz — with another teacher! (Girl’s got a type.)
Mrs. DiLaurentis came bearing gifts on the June 18 episode of Pretty Little Liars– really creepy gifts. Apparently Alison (Sasha Pieterse) had a pet parrot that no one knew about, so of course she decided to dump it onto Ali’s “hefty” BFF Hanna (Ashley Benson). And this wasn’t your run-of-the-mill obnoxious bird; it might just hold the key to figuring out who killed Alison!
Spencer (Troian Bellisario) figured out the bird was whistling a phone-number tone — let’s not pretend like she isn’t the only smart one in the bunch – but “A” got its/their hands on the bird before the girls had a chance to decipher its melody.
Considering Spencer’s so smart, I was surprised she got rejected from the University of Pennsylvania. Maybe she should have applied to major in ornithology, or you know, actually do homework once in a while.
Aria’s Hot For Teacher — Again
They say the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else, and that’s exactly what Aria (Lucy Hale) did this week — even if she didn’t mean to. Her private self-defense lesson with super-hot instructor Jake (Ryan Guzman) started off well, but it took an awkward turn when she suddenly sneak-attacked him with her mouth.
Sorry, did you expect Aria not to hook up with the hot teacher? While he’s no Ezra (Ian Harding), at least Jake’s in Aria’s age range.
(A legal relationship for Aria? What a novel concept!)
Did Ashley Kill Wilden?
Either Rosewood suddenly became a suburb of New York City, or Hanna’s mom wasn’t out of town for as long as she claimed. After finding a pair of muddy heels in the house, Hanna straight-up asked Ashley (Laura Leighton) if she’s the one who killed Detective Wilden (Bryce Johnson). She denied the allegation, obvs, but seemed far-less-innocent while attempting to dipose of her incriminating footwear later that night.
As much as I’d love to jump on the Ashley bandwagon, I feel like her involvement would be too easy. There’s a reason this show keeps us all up at night – nothing is obvious!
Hell & High Water
A near-death encounter with “A” in the woods left Emily (Shay Mitchell) all banged up – why do these girls insist on hanging out in the woods at night?! — but like the determined little liar she is, she refused to sit out of her big swim meet. After all, her dream of attending Stanford with Paige (Lindsey Shaw) was on the line!
Sadly, pushing herself too hard ended up sending Em to the hospital, where she had plenty of time to think about her actions. She’s still determined to start a new life – far, far away from Rosewood — with Paige, but she’ll also start taking it easy. She’ll be no use to anyone if she’s dead.
HollywoodLifers, what did you think of this week’s episode? Did Ashley kill Wilden? Who was Alison calling the night she disappeared? Drop a comment with your best theories below!
The coach came back to ‘The Voice’ on June 18 for a rocking performance with Pitbull. She looked amazing and we can’t wait to see her come back for season five!
The Voice‘s fourth season finale brought back several familiar faces — including judge Christina Aguilera! After taking a year off from the judges’ panel, the singer returned to perform her hit “Feel This Moment” with Pitbull – and she looked better than ever!
Christina Rocks Out With Pitbull For ‘The Voice’ Finale
Music’s finest turned out for The Voice season finale — including Cher, One Republic, and The Voice coach Christina!
Christina performed her spicy hit “Feel This Moment” with Pitbull and it was crazy good. She recently announced she would be taking back her judges chair from Shakira for season five, but it was nice to see her make an early return.
Christina Shows Off Her Fabulous New Body
After debuting her 20-pound weight loss at The Voice premiere in March, Christina looks even better now! During her performance, she showed off her amazing new body. (Seriously, how incredible does she look?!)
The singer has often been criticized for her weight gain, and she spoke about her troubles in the Feb. 2012 issue of Marie Claire.
When I worked on Burlesque, I lost so much weight that I was too skinny. I don't weigh myself — it's all about how I feel in my clothes. What looks good on one person might not look good on another body type. I happen to be very confident in my own skin. It takes time to get to that place, but it's all about embracing yourself and your body.
Well, we think Christina looks great, and her performance with Pitbull on The Voice season finale was off the charts!
What did YOU think of Christina and Pitbull’s performance of “Feel This Moment”? Are you excited to see her return for season five? Let us know!

So cute! After days of breathless anticipation, Kim and Kanye have selected a baby name for their beautiful newborn daughter. A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, it’s both ‘beautiful’ and ‘sentimental.’
Kanye West & Kim Kardashian’s Daughter — They’ve Picked A Name
A source close to the couple tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively Kanye and Kim have “chosen a name already and it’s one that’s sentimental to both of them.”
The source adds, ”[The name is] something beautiful. They already settled on a name and soon everyone will know.”
Previously, a family insider revealed to us that Kim and Kanye wanted to honor her late father and his late mother with their daughter's name.
Kai Georgia Donda West — The Meaning Behind The Name
Kim’s father Robert Kardashian passed away from esophageal cancer on September 30, 2003, and his middle name was George. Kanye’s mother, Donda West, passed away very unexpectedly on Nov. 9, 2007, at the young age of 58, due to complications following plastic surgery.
Clearly, Kai Georgia Donda West would be a name that’s both beautiful and sentimental.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Are you a fan of the name?
We were shocked to hear that Miley’s parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus filed for divorce, but a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Liam is helping Miley cope after her parents’ split. Find out how!
Liam Hemsworth: Miley Cyrus’ Parents Split — Helping Miley Cope
Miley is heartbroken over Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus’ split. A source close to the singer tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “She’s taking it as well as she can. No one wants their parents to end a marriage. Billy Ray and Tish are awesome people and even better parents. Miley’s sad, of course, but that’s between her parents. There’s not much she can do.”
Thankfully, though, Liam is there to support Miley in this time of need.
Our source adds, “For sure, [Liam's supporting her]. She’s upset, yes, but she’s an adult and will be fine. She loves both her parents and they will always be in her life.”
Movie dates are certainly a great way to get your mind off the stresses of life.
We’re so glad to hear that not only is Miley leaning on Liam, but that regardless of what happens, Miley’s parents will always be in her life.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Are you happy Liam’s supporting Miley?
After playing one of the most recognized and beloved superheroes of all time, will Henry Cavill be the new “it guy” in Hollywood? Or will he only ever be known as Superman? We’re discussing it this week on “It’s A Wrap!”
Sony is getting in on all of the superhero action, with THR reporting that the studio has scheduled two new Amazing Spiderman films with the first to hit theaters on June 10th, 2016 and the second to be released on May 4th, 2018.
